New FREE online course - Words Matter: How to Communicate with Children so they Thrive

Leave a gift in your Will

Help build a future where no child or young person has to experience verbal abuse by the adults around them.

Leaving a legacy in your Will is one of the best ways of ensuring that we can continue our mission to end verbal abuse of children by adults.

A gift in your Will, however small or large, can help us carry out more research into childhood verbal abuse and its impact, continue raising awareness through education, training, resources and events and collaborate with other to help develop, deliver and scale interventions that will drive behaviour and systems change.

We have partnered with FreeWills.co.uk to provide you with the opportunity to make your own fully comprehensive legally-binding Will for free. You can make your personalised Will online in three simple steps and have the added re-assurance that your Will will be checked, vetted and approved by a solicitor.

Thank you so much for considering leaving a gift in your Will to help children reach their full potential, free from verbal abuse by adults.

You can find out more about how it works here https://www.freewills.co.uk/how-it-works.

Different ways to support Words Matter in your Will

A share of your estate

Under the ‘Estate’ section, you may name who will benefit your estate – your beneficiaries. After your loved ones have been looked after and your taxes have been settled, you may wish to leave a share or the full remainder of your estate to Words Matter. This way, you will ensure your loved ones are provided for as well as facilitate the important work we do to help children and young people.

A pecuniary gift

You can opt to leave a gift of a specific sum of money from your estate, under the ‘Gifts’ section.
